1. Life Guidance Services (a.k.a. "I’m Not a Doctor, But I Can Help")

• Our life guidance sessions are conducted online (because who doesn’t love working from the comfort of their own home?).

• We offer two types of one-on-one sessions: Healing Sessions and Evolution Sessions, which operate on a ‘pay what you want’ structure. That means you decide what it’s worth to you. However, we don’t do refunds for these personal sessions. Choose wisely!

• For group services like Inner Alchemy, we offer a money-back guarantee if you’re unsatisfied after the first day. After the second day, however, you’re in for the ride—no refunds from that point on.

• Please remember, while we offer guidance based on personal experience and studies, we are not licensed medical or psychological professionals. For those kinds of things, a qualified practitioner is your best bet.

2. Art Purchases (a.k.a. "I Hope You Love My Art as Much as I Do")

• We offer digital and physical artworks for sale. Digital downloads are instant (yay!), but once purchased, we don’t issue refunds. That said, if you change your mind within a week of purchase, you can swap it for another piece. One swap only, though!

• Physical art is non-refundable as well, but you can swap it within 30 days of purchase if you’re not happy (provided the art is returned in perfect condition). You’ll need to cover the return shipping, though—fair’s fair.

• All artwork is copyrighted, so no reproducing or reselling without permission. We trust you’re way too cool to do that anyway.

3. Payment (a.k.a. "We Make This Easy")

• All payments go through Stripe, a secure payment processor that takes most credit cards and a few other methods. Easy, right?

• One-on-one sessions are based on what you feel they’re worth—no price tags here! Group sessions, however, need to be paid in full upfront. It helps us plan better, and trust us, planning is good for everyone.

4. Shipping (a.k.a. "Your Art Will Arrive, We Promise")

• For physical products, delivery times vary depending on your location. We’ll package your art with care and ensure it gets to you as quickly as possible.

• We ship worldwide, so whether you’re down the road or on the other side of the globe, your art will find its way.

5. Privacy (a.k.a. "Your Info is Safe With Us")

• We collect your email and associated personal details for newsletters, analytics, and similar business purposes. We store this info with a trusted third-party service that uses high-level encryption. No sneaky stuff here—just the occasional newsletter from us (which you can opt out of anytime).

6. Liability (a.k.a. "Let’s Keep Things Real")

• While we’d love to help guide you through life’s challenges, our life guidance services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional care. Think of us as a compass pointing north, but you’ll still need a map.

• We’re not liable for any outcomes resulting from following our guidance or purchasing our art, but we’ll do everything we can to make your experience worthwhile!

7. Changes (a.k.a. "We Might Update These Terms")
